The battle over the Pledge Protection Act isn’t quite over yet.

Yesterday, U.S. Rep. Bob Inglis (R-S.C.) stunned his fellow Republicans by voting against the measure in the House Judiciary Committee. Inglis’ vote created a 15-15 split, meaning that the proposed legislation would not advance to the House floor.
